  The staff was amazing. Nothing was too much. I had to check in and out 3x due to an issue with a rental car. Each time it was fast and efficient. The staff smiles and are helpful. The room I stayed in was a great size with a bathtub, I'm from the south and we love out bathtubs.The restaurant food, amazing. The restaurant is in the old chapel. ... co mówią ludzie » Honestly, its like coming home to nice relatives - The room was attractive and very clean; lobby and entry patio were very attractive; staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English well (which was helpful for us); bed was comfortable; room was quiet (both inside and outside the hotel); location was convenient for visiting Old Pamplona (within the city walls, but just on the edge of the old section, which allows them to offer parking)

  Loved the city, wonderful vibe and friendly people. The hotel was a walkable distance and very clean and comfortable with excellent staff food and parking - Very spacious with quality appointments. Very welcoming staff. Easy parking.

  Location was perfect for us. We were there for a Lego Robotics Competition and the Baluarte Congress Centre which was within walking distance. We were right near The Plaza De Castillo which had restaurants galore and a chemist near by.   Having stayed in many self catering apartments, we found this one quite interesting. First impressions were excellent, recently refurbished and quality fittings and appliances used. Very modern decor. We arrived late in the evening so quickly set about making dinner. This was when we discovered the flip side of the apartment. The remainder of the unit w - for the location, amenities and the size of the apartment, the price is very very good! The staff was very helpful and sent help when we had questions.
