  The location is amazing. Perfect for surfers and people who love the beach as you can be on it within about 3 minutes of leaving your room. We stayed in a Duplex which was perfect for our family. The children slept on the sofa bed downstairs and we had a huge bed upstairs with great views and a balcony (only it was too cold to go out much). The swimming pool was not open but it was being developed and looked like it would be really good - El Caserio has a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are well trained and chatty. It's also in a superb location at the top of some steps leading down to Los Locos beach and only a short distance to the larger Concha beach. It's about 1/2 mile to a mile to walk to the cafes and restaurants at Suances beach in the evening, but we enjoyed the walk, as everyone goes for a stroll from 9pm onwards.

  Welcome from owners outstanding and they are extremely helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and all the extra's i.e wifi in in room free , satalite tv, all at a budjet price.   Staff friendly. We could have breakfast about 12am. And windows are isolated, so we slept very well. - Good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Ideally situated for coast and country.
