This detached, spacious villa with private pool is situated on a mountain next to the La Marquesa golf course with great views of Rojales. The location of the villa offers great privacy. The villa is on two floors and the living area is on the first floor. A staircase with some steps leads to the first floor.
The living room gives access to the all-round terrace with an outside staircase to the roof terrace. From the terrace there is a staircase to the lower terrace where the pool is located. On the ground floor there besides the 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, large garage with utility room. The villa has several terraces around the house so you always can find the sun. The villa is equipped with air conditioning on the upper floor. The upper floor has underfloor heating. Therefore, this villa is ideal for a longer stay in the winter months.
