  Beautiful location. Quiet little Basque town by the sea. Hotel well equipped for a relaxing stay. Staff were exceptionaly friendly and helpful. We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

I loved the design and art work and the thematic ties with the amazing Guggenhein Museum and Fine Arts Museum, both of which are within such easy walking distance.   Naiara and the rest of the folks that work at the house are extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is dramatic high up in the hills/mountains. The breakfasts were fantastic. Beaches to the North are an ea - Staff is simply AMAZING !!! Naiara was extremely nice and helpful. She is always ready to help in any way possible. Also Mikel is a very nice person and makes you feel always comfortable. To be there with them felt just like being home with family. Rooms were also very good. Spacious and with the pre of having a whirlpool in your own bathroom. Great stay. I will be coming back for sure.

  Absolutely wonderfull location up the hill, with an enormous balcony with view over the bay. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home instantly. Very spacious rooms, with large balcony. Very good breakfast (freshly squeezed orange juice), lots of bread to choose from.
