We spent 1 week in Valencia in this apartment. It really felt like home. Everything was perfect. Even there were umbrellas in case of rainy weather. Btw, we had 5 rainy days. The owner and his help are very kind people, always ready to help. The Central Market is 2 minutes walk. Almost all the sightseeings can be reached within 15-20 minutes walk. The beach can be reached in 20-25 minutes by bus. It goes from the next street to the apartment every 10 minutes or even less. It was absolutely ama

I booked this for the motogp weekend, it was possibly my best holiday ever! The appartment is very new very clean very comfortable and very good. it was great,we stop in appartments quite a lot as we have two small dogs.we were meet by lorance on the front of the apartments block, as i had to ring him as couldnt get the address in to my satnav.and he directed us in.he even carried my case for me.he could not have been more helpful

Spacious and very clean apartment which located in a quiet street. It is new, nicely furnished and only 3 minutes walk from the most important sites.The kitchen is very good equipped by all necessary things, refrigerator, stove, tea pot, knives, spoons, forks, plates, washing machine and so on. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the apartment ; the location and the design of the apartment was just a treat! Especially comparing it to the price . It deserved every penny . As soon as we got to the apartment I tried booking an extra night we loved it so much ! Unfortunately fully booked !! So my advice Valencia is an axing city and staying at these apartments made it an even better stay ; so try to stay there former than one night before u regret it !
