Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia).   We paid £36 a night for a beautiful studio apartment. It could easily sleep four. Nice balcony. Absolutely amazing value for money. Our friends stayed around the corner at the Hotel Minamar and paid £130 for essentially the same room with a view of the ocean. We def. got the better deal. We had a pool view apt on the 1st floor, it was a lovely, bright, spacious apt. Kitchen was v well equipped and easy to cook meals in - a brand new electric kettle and toaster, also a microwave Staff were very helpful and friendly. The central location is wonderful , only a few minutes walk to the seafront and lots of very good restaurants and shops etc.
