  What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. The bungalow had everything we needed for self-catering and even though we planned to eat out, we used the local - The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk.   Location was great, 5 min drive to Famara beach. House very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Had a very nice stay here. Will definately return. - Owner was very helpful and friendly, accommadation was modern and large and new. Parking was very easy. Shops were easy to get to by foot, and local bars.

  I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here.   The location was excellent just short walk from shops and beach and restaurants. Ana in the office was very helpful and really appreciated the late check out as our flight wasnt till 19.40 we were able to stay in villa till our pick up at 5. Clean towels were provided on request even though villa was only cleaned once week.   Everything was perfect... absolutely nothing to complain about...great value, great facilities, great location near marina rubicon, papagayos, playa Blanca...we got lost because our GPS couldnt register the location since lots of new construction and they came and picked us up...the pool was great for my kids, 8,6, and 3.
