The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent. We arrived during
Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room
and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. It may look a
bit far out on the map, but its just up a small hill that we never

I say - amazing! Hotel in general is picture worthy and the rooms are
great. They even leave the room with tea and coffee, milk and drinks etc

Have great view of Alhambra. Needs a little uphill walk, but walking is historical district is very nice. Rooms have small snacks, kitchen facilities, which was a plus. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.

Excellent place to stay.
1. Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. Great food places nearby and can walk everywhere!

We arrived thinking we had booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. The apts have only 1 bath, so we inquired about getting another apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!!

Great location (5 mins walking to slopes) - Free Parking (Usually costs €15 a day) - Heated Floors (lovely warm apartment and perfect for drying out wet clothes!). Was able to accommodate an extra person last minute. Very friendly. -

Solar Montes Claros was a perfect complete for a magical city Granada. Interior of the place is just lovely! Moroccan style interior and when you look from the window you see beautiful Alhambra just in front of you. And Antonio's hospitality makes you feel you are at home! And with his healthy breakfast all dat you feel great. I would def recommend anyone who would like to have the real feeling of Granada. Eduardo couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, spending in excess of 20 minutes with us explaining all aspects of the apartment and Granada.

The apartment has a beautiful interior, with outstanding tile flooring and high quality furniture throughout. The one bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people for one week. the clothes washing machine was very convenient, and a folding rack is provided for air drying clothes. the building seems secure and the on site management is very professional. the building is a short walk to the Alhambra and the Cathedral.

We stayed as part of a road trip around Andalucia. This was the final hotel on the stay. We had come to Granada expressly to visit the Alhambra Palace. This hotel was perfectly positioned. The place was beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff was friendly and helpful every day. Although the hotel is right on Carrero del Darro, which has a busy nightlife, you still feel tranquility in the common areas and hotel rooms - windows are excellently soundproofed. The breakfast buffet for 7 euros is cheaper in comparison to other hotels, which have charged closer to 16 euros.
