The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!)
wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was
great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations.
The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind

The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

Olga and Thomas, who run the hotel, couldn't do more to make sure you are ok. Their friendly advise, help with anything (from arranging taxis to scuba diving) made us feel we were actually staying in 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel that makes a point of being eco-friendly, with fantastic views overlooking San Bartolomé. Great welcome/checkout and a V.nice pool for relaxing with lounge music! The room was perfect, spacious, well equipped, balcony over the pool with fans and air con if you needed. V.friendly pool staff. Location is a bit away from the beach but near to all shops, bars and restaurants. I like this gay hotel - it's hetero-friendly! -

Was a warm welcome from all staff!!!. The internet was working realy realy fine. Because normaly this is a big problem in las palmas.
