The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. Actually acted like they were happy to have us staying at their hotel in their beautiful city. Arrived early morning and got right into our room. Not the usual "wait until 3:00 p.m." like other European hotels we've stayed in.

  Staff were excellant and could not be more accomodating. Modern boutique decor hotel with great location to all attrctions. Room was luxurious and clean- a real haven to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Room service was impressively quick. Restaurant fitted with quality of hotel and delicious food.   It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.   Everythig was well organised especially as we were travelling as a group. The staff very helpful and courteous. - Primarily the location, but the room was a good size and very quiet due to double gazed doors.
