I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and
evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are
awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is
good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with
everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out
at 3.

Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.

Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife.

the previous reviews i have read mention the hotel is very dated i can say the the hotel is quite the opposite. the hotel was very clean and the up keep of the hotel was very good. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

Spacious rooms, nice pool, sufficient sunbeds, buffet was good (every
day something different), nice staff, good animation team with nice
activities. The day of the check out we had to leave at 06:00 and they

Bylo super, cala rodzina zadowolona. - Service staff and food provided for meals were excellent. - This hotel is indeed worth to be chosen for a holyday at Los Cristianos. It is not near to the beach Las Vistas but on working days they have a small bus to get there often.

Everything. On the beach, which is large and semi closed off, view of sea and beach, facilities, staff very friendly, food was very nice but little weird, cleanliness. - location is perfect! it is far from the center and close to the ocean.
