  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around.   I have never come accross a complex so clean or with such helpfull staff nothing was a problem had a brill time and with out a doubt shall return - The Complex was lovely and relaxing

  It was super cheap and excellent for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only stayed 1 night but have stayed there before and will do again if I'm passing through again. Ideal accommodation for passing through. - Friendly staff, good location and neat hotel... couldn't find any fault whatsoever!

The staff is simply awesome being very helpful and providing much needed information without even asking. La Cubana has a Cuban feeling and is located at the center of Santa Cruz. Very close to the ferry terminal too. Certainly recommended
