We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

Though bit pricy its really an amazing spot and hotel. Awesome building, great spacious rooms, good staff. Gourmet restaurant was closed during our stay but the bistro was excellent too. Beautiful terrace to watch the sunset, have to visit the winery too and go for a walk/ cycle around the vineyards. Very nice place. -

My husband is a retired architect and staying here was a remembering of himself, enlivening. We only wish we had known how wonderful the experience would be and we would have stayed longer.

This place was a highlight. On the main square of Laguardia and deceptively large.
Our superior room on the 2nd floor was big, clean with a huge comfortable bed, super shower and changing room.
On arrival we were given vouchers for a complimentary glass of wine and pintxo in their cellar bar. A nice touch.

This is our kind of hotel - small but beautifully appointed, very
comfortable rooms, excellent food, interesting village and very
friendly, helpful staff. The included breakfast was superb and the
coffee excellent. We handed our evening wine selection to the most
knowledgeable expert, Jean-Marie, who never let us down. All the staff
were wonderful and even those who said they 'did not speak
English' did so very well. The extended research we did to locate
our hotel in La Rioja really paid off w

This is a really great hotel, very stylish and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We ate in the bar and the food served was delicious and well presented, with excellent wines. Next time we'll try the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. Plus, it's an easy 30 minute drive to Bilbao airport.

Naiara was extremely nice and helpful. She is always ready to help in any way possible.
Also Mikel is a very nice person and makes you feel always comfortable.
To be there with them felt just like being home with family.
Rooms were also very good. Spacious and with the pre of having a whirlpool in your own bathroom. Great stay. I will be coming back for sure.
