  Beautiful location. Quiet little Basque town by the sea. Hotel well equipped for a relaxing stay. Staff were exceptionaly friendly and helpful. We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

  Hotel wspaniale położony, blisko Muz. Guggenheima i starego miasta, miła profesjonalna obsługa w recepcji. - Stayed 4 nights at this well-managed hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room (junior suite) had a great view on the river and the Guggenheim museum. The coloured windows are a somewhat strange gimmick, but you get used to it... co mówią ludzie » after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Breakfast includes some quite tasty bread! - The free bikes were great. Bilbao is excellent for cycling around and we managed to get way further than on foot. Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.
