We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

  The rooms are absolutely clean, the Hotel is modern and nicely detailed. The staff was very nice. The hotel is recomandable for a longer stay. It was a pleasure to be there! - The rooms (and beds!) are enormous and the design was quite innovative and unusual. We loved it.

  Naiara and the rest of the folks that work at the house are extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is dramatic high up in the hills/mountains. The breakfasts were fantastic. Beaches to the North are an ea - Staff is simply AMAZING !!! Naiara was extremely nice and helpful. She is always ready to help in any way possible. Also Mikel is a very nice person and makes you feel always comfortable. To be there with them felt just like being home with family. Rooms were also very good. Spacious and with the pre of having a whirlpool in your own bathroom. Great stay. I will be coming back for sure.
