Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really
tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about
it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they
all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry -

perfect location - next to the beautiful beach, size of the room, perfectly working air-con, great view from the room, friendly staff (especially lady with fluent German knowledge), good food - Nice location (only 50 meters to the beach), rooms are clean and cosy, with the view to the see.

Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel.
Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean
Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

Lovely, friendly family run business. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and calming. Room with four poster bed, and extremely clean. Nice breakfast with option of freshly cooked omellettes if wanted. Would definately stay again. -
The place is completely charming (if you like the countryside and farm), the pool is very nice when traveling in summer.

The friendly welcome set the scene for our overnight stay at this lovely, peaceful hotel with its picturesque courtyards in the heart of the countryside. I have travelled a great deal for business and leisure over the last 20 years and Hotel Sa Bassa stands out as one of the best places I have stayed for relaxation, comfort and good service. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

The staff is very friendly and you really have the feeling that they are there to take care of you. The hotel is a very good and the rooms are great. Take your laptop and a lan cable and you'll have internet free in your room - Excellent location for a few quiet days; fantastic views; swimming off the rocks was great; good pool; very friendly staff
