  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  Very attractive apartment hotel in the heart of Playa D'en Bossa. I stayed in a Junior Suite. My apartment was: two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), kitchen (cooker, kettle, fridge, microwave oven and tableware), a sitting room (sofa, coffee table and dining table, LCD TV, alarm clock, charger for the iPhone), bathroom (showe... co mówią ludzie » r, toilet) and a balcony. In the courtyard of the hotel complex has two swimming pools, a restaurant, Spa and even entry into the minimarket. The brea - The staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to stay at the swimming pool after check out and use showers and clean towels before heading to the airport. Room cleaning service every day. Nice breakfasts with a buffet of a wide choice, but might be boring for a longer stay. Loved the mysic played by DJs by the pool, but might be too noisy for those with small children or searching for quiet holidays.

  Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). We got a superior room, it was quite specious with big balcony and side ocean view. Relaxi - Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas. One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

  Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

We were the only Brits in the hotel, but thats OK with us and no different from expected.
