Hostal Marino is an amazing place with a most lovely people I have ever met. Great location, quiet area, but close to all the shops, parties, beaches. There is a WiFi all over hostel and fitness centre just around the corner. Rooms are very clean and comfy, I had a balcony with a swimming pool view. I`m looking forward to going there again :)

I really liked the charming and quirky style of Fowlers, full of interesting antiques, and my stylish, and comfortable bedroom, with it's private terrace, with views of the yacht Marina. Pat and Colin Fowler are the most welcoming of hosts, and Pat was so kind, and informative about things to do, and places to visit, around Cala D'Or. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The bedding and bathroom were clean. Seems like they are cleaning the room every day. Perfect for the price...I got a bed in a 10 person dormitory for about 10Euro per night when I was in Barcelona; Here I pay 2-3Euro more, I get a private room, clean bathroom plus room service.

Although the lady at the reception can not speak English, she is quite nice and patient, checking google translation and writing on the paper to facilitate the communication. The hotel provide comfortable and clean accommodation which is absolutely worth of money. Strong recommended, especially for solo tourist!

The location is perfect. Cala d'Or is a lovely city, with great restaurants but allows you to travel to the best beaches of the island very easily due its location. This hotel is well located particularly for those who don't have a hire car. It's very central & also close to the bus station, with bus routes all around ibiza during peak season.
