  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The location was amazing. Definitely have an evening drink at the roof top bar. It was a spectacular view. - location was amazing!   The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.
