One must be aware before booking with this hotel. It is not only one hotel rather its a group of hotels distributed in many locations in Ibiza. They put me in a hotel different from where I chose to stay. It was disappointing . The apartment is outdated. The bathroom is a bad experience. The Internet is not free though its said that it is free when I made the booking. I didn't like anything at this hotel.
Bad Kitchen and the fridge was broken! Bad internet connection, only worked the past two days! Aircondition was only good in the living room, to hot at night! Nobody clean the room,or we did not get any new towels..
I am going to be putting a complaint to the apartments - we had no hot water for the whole time we were there - even after asking for a technician to be called out, the room was freezing cold, the fridge didnt work, the light bulbs went bust and the tv didnt work. It was appalling. I am going to be requesting a full refund.
