We have been already in seven resorts in the Canary Island. Tenerife Royal Gardens is in our view the best one ever! Spacious apartment, beautiful equipped. Everything you need during your holiday. Beautiful and stylish living room. LCD TV-Set with over 100 channels from all over the world and free Wi-Fi are definitely an attitude of the resort. The kitchen was modern and perfectly equipped. You could find really everything was you need at home, like new cooker, brand new microwave, oven, new.

Also only a 15min bus journey to Siam Park. Sylvia and Roberto - 10/10!! They couldn't have been more helpful.. Even with the prospect of having to ring the fire brigade to get our safety deposit box open! THANKYOU :). Very good location, nearest to the beach, city center, hypermarket, car rent. There was nothing we did not like. nothing. Our room was cleaned for the week and there was no fresh towels given . Other than that it was perfect. the lack of information about all the demolition work going on. it was so bad to get in and out of the complex. when going out in the evening in good clothes dust all in the air all down the steps was not happy about this. Check-in at 14.00 and check-out at 10.00 seem to bee too early for beach hotel. Maybe it has sense to move it to 15 and 11 correspondingly. Nobody was available from when we arrived on Saturday till Monday and so despite mentioning when making the booking that we would require both the main bed and the sofa bed, we had to manage with no sheets or blankets on the sofa bed for two nights. It was cold and uncomfortable as a result. The apartment wasn't cleaned at all during our 7 night stay (perhaps this is normal for apartments, I'm not sure as I usually stay in hotels). No one came to clean our apartment. There was no one to meet us.same bed sheets and towels for the week. We even had to buy our own loo roll. Construction work ongoing for the week.starting at 8 each morning.
