The man on the reception (although appeared to have little English) was very helpful and made every attempt to answer all our questions about the area. He even looked after our bags after check out until we were ready to go to the airport.

We loved everything, close proximity to the beach, very relaxing, lovely room. Staff was very accommodating. They changed our room for us to one with a better view. Most reasonably priced hotel we stayed at during our month in Spain. The food was also very good.

The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was a wonderful start to each day with every kind of fresh fruit you could wish for and beautiful views of Nerja. The rooms were clean, comfortable and secure and the overall atmosphere was quite and relaxing. We have a lovely time and would definitely stay there again.

Pepe Mesa is lokated on a fairly calm street, away from busyness and noise but very close to shops and restaurants. Nice functional rooms in traditional Spanish style. Nice roof terrace with sea view, great for a drink in the evening or dinner with wonderful mountain view. Nice pool - looked larger in pictures on line :-) Fresh towels daily. Friendly staff.

This hotel was great, especially considering the price. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Nerja with perfect access to beach, the balcon, the shops and the bus station. This was an excellent hotel for the value. Very nice, private street. Parking is limited to the street, but we always found a spot next to the front door. This was our second time at the Al-Andalus and again, they were great. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the wifi is brilliant (and free!) and there's plenty of parking which a lot of places don't have. Very nice hotel and the breakfast was very good with variety. Evening
meal was not as smooth because only one waitress serving the guests so
pressure was getting to her. Hotel staff were brilliant and were very
helpful. We checked in but the room was not sea view, no wifi nor 4
beds. Isobella quickly got us 2 double rooms with wifi which was good.
Lucia and Blessing were very helpful and would always listen to our
concerns or if we needed information. Hotel is very relaxing with a

The Hostal was spotless; the room was a small but comfortable; with all the facilities we would expect from a budget hotel. The staff were friendly and as helpul as their limited English allowed. the location was perfect close to the sea, the town and restuarants/cafes. We had a most enjoyable stay and would recommend it to friends.
