Please note that air conditioning carries an obligatory charge of EUR 10 per day from 10 June until 5 September. An obligatory cleaning fee of EUR 150 is applicable. The property also charges a service fee of EUR 30. Please inform Finca Dos in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
