  Only hotel in Mijas by the looks of it. Fantastic location and facilities were excellent. We were there at a quiet time of the year but there appeared to be plenty of space in the grounds. I'd probably only stay B+B as there are dozens of places to eat in Mijas. Definitely will go again. - the relaxing ambience of the hotel

  Helpful reception, large and comfortable apartment (we stayed in a 2 room apartment), our children really liked the heated inside pool for their daily swimming/playing, free parking in the garage, washing machine - The clenliness and the friendly/helpfull staff.   The room we stayed in (2 bed apartment) was really big & very well furnished & decorated. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor & the views were fantastic. The whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good value for money but very busy. All the staff we met were very friendly & efficient. Good pool area.   I was amazed at the standard of the Hotel considering how cheap it was. I normally stay at the Torrequebrada Casino or Mijas Hotel and considering how expensive these two Hotels are Hotel Hacienda was much better value.   The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing and tranquil away from the business of Mijas and yet within comfortable walking distance 5 - 10 minutes to the town centre. The hotel only accommodates a small number of guests (about 22) and there was never a sense of being over crowded. The owners were knowledgeable about the area and places to visit. Massages were available and - The hotel is very nice. The hospitality of Thomas and jutta was very good. Breakfast very nice. Walking distance from mijas town. Beautifull views from our private terrace. These people (staff la jamisa) really do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We loved it and would certainly go back. Highly recommended !

  This pension has the soul of Mijas. It is autentic. The big 2 bedroom flat I stayed in with my two friends was the cleanest dwelling I have ever set my foot in exept for a hospital operation room. It is no lie. And the view from the master bedroom and the hall with the balcony outside is spectacular.   Overall, this Hotel was everything we expected and more. It was ideal for a short stay to chill out but its location means that unless you are into golf or have your own car then 3 or 4 days would be enough. I originally thought the resort would be right next to the golf course, it is about 3 minutes' drive down the hill which is close enough.
