  The staff (especially Sara) were all great. A helpfull Swedish guide also worked at the hotel. The family sized 2 bedroom-bungalow (5 persons) was nice and clean, just like the rest of the surrounding areas. Beds were ok. The room is bit outdated, but beds were good, nothing broken and everything worked. The big plus are the quests, mostly from western europe and scandinavia, no noisy and rude drinking russians. We saw a few, but they were nice.

  From the moment I arrived I was looked after, great personal sevice. Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests.
