  We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. The classes on offer were great and we really enjoyed the gym. The staff were what made the hotel exceptional, Ronnie and Lorena were very kind, knowledgable, excellent with our children, friendly and always had a smile for us. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.
