Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

Very spacious and comfortable. A warm welcome by Catalin who gave us a map and pointed out sights and reminded us to keep safe from pickpockets. The apartment wasn't ready so we left our bags and went for a walk. Fantastic central location!

Location is excellent, very clean and modern look and feel, studio is well equipped, and the staff (when available) were very helpful, and allowed me to change rooms when I complained about the uncomfortable beds. Rooms have very individual styles and furnishing so it is not a standardized experience (this is good and bad). Overall, I had a very nice stay.

It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol. I loved this apartment. I would have no hesitation recommending it to other people visiting Madrid. The view is amazing, location is perfect, facilities are superb, WIFI is reliable and super fast! The place was clean, quiet & well furnished. When I return to Madrid - I will return to this "home from home". I honestly did not want to leave. -

We arrived very late, about 11.45pm, and Juan was there to welcome us. He took time to explain the surroundings and to tell us what and where to visit. Our apartment was fabulous, large airy, bright, very well equipped and it was squeeky clean!! The location was brilliant, very central, but quite residential,Ioved sitting on the balcony and people watching, and the soundproofing was very effective. Overall, a really great place to stay, I would recommend The Central Suites to anybody visiting

Excellent location, close to the museums and the railway station, 5 to 10 minutes walk. Great views from the 7 large windows on the Plaza Santa Ana. The plaza is interesting and filled with people.
