  It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol.   Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
