Fantastic location (you can walk everywhere from there), perfect facilities and lots of kitchen utensils, excellent and efficient staff, easy check in/check out process, extremely clean, amazing terrace, no noise and black out blinds for great sleep. Comfy sofas and two TVs. Brand new lift to 7th floor. Absolutely perfect would definitely stay here again!.
Central location, didn't use the metro at all in 5 days.

Location is perfect and the flat was really clean. This flat is ideal for two persons, three most.
Nice and clean apartment. When I realised the iron wasn't working it was dealt with immediately.
Loved the central location and the comfortable layout of the apartment.
The washing machine didn't work as it wasn't connected to the water supply (but we didn't need to use it anyway). We also couldn't work the oven but were shown how to on the day we left! (Not an issue).
Having to pay €20 because we missed standard key drop off hours due to 3 hour flight delay (we understood it but didn't like it).
Given that the flat is in the attic, head room is quite limited in some parts of the flat.
The location of the apartment was fantastic for sightseeing and getting around Madrid but at nights there was so much noise from the street that it was impossible to sleep. The bathroom is tiny.
