Really comfortable apartments!! We had everything we needed for our stay and they are perfectly located if you want to enjoy the real Madrid in 'La Latina' district! Carlos was extremely nice and helpful to us also! Highly recommended!.

The location was the only good thing. And the person who handed us the
key very helpful (even advised on where to park the car for free).

The kitchenette is there with the basic things you need, however they do
not provide anything to wash the dishes. You can hear how your neighbors
are breathing, impossible to sleep! And the hot water...one day I ended
up washing my hair with cold water, because we run out of the hot water.
The apartment is facing a night club, so even with earplugs, you have the feeling that you are at the party the whole night/morning at least until 04am. Uncomfortable pillows, bathroom was not properly cleaned before our stay.
The small size of the bedroom, shower recess was really small,
couldn't pick up soap if dropped. The bed & pillows were very
uncomfortable.The noise from down stairs was appalling, couldn't be
blocked out, we had to open the windows as the air conditioning was
inadequate. Parking was very expensive in a public station. Would not
recommend this place to any one.
