  The hotel was just a 5 min top walking distance from the metro station in a quiet, with not many tourists, neighbourhood. (The city centre was about a 15min metro ride away).   The hostal was very clean and efficiently run. We had a small problem, with a leak from the wash basin. It was dealt with straight away !
