  I like the name, it is a great place to meet people - love the little extras like the curtains around the beds and lights and the balcony.   The staff was super helpful, attentive and always keen to offer suggestions on great places to see and eat. The hostel, which is one of my first, was super clean and for the most part quiet. The place is modern and new and in a great location: City Center. That means it's near everything. For the Americans like myself that migh - The front desk was a lot of help and said exactly where to go. They are helpful and accommodating. Free wifi and a computer to use for free too. Free breakfast of croissants, cereal, and coffee. The other guest are nice, friendly, and respectful. I stayed for 5 nights and never had troubles getting to sleep. Showers are clean too and a cleaning lady cleans the entire hostel daily. There are always guest that want to go out at night and others that want to stay in so it is perfect for any ki

  I'm head over heels in love with Black Swan! I planned on staying there for just one night, I ended up staying for a week! Everything was perfect. The staff is great!
