Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

Everything! Just an ideal location, 5 minutes away from the main walking area of the city (Ramblas, Barri Gothic), and connected to almost every location of the city with a direct metro line having the metro station just a few steps away from the hotel entrance! Walking distance to main places of interest in the center. Decor was extravagent pseudo Baroque but a pleasant change from the usual bland modern hotel. The free 24 hour self service buffet was basic but excellent value for money, saving a fortune in coffees and snacks out.

Staff were very helpful. It is certainly a quirky hotel with regard to its entrance and decor. The all day buffet is excellent and includes hot and cold snacks/meals aswell as wine, beer and soft drinks included in the room price. The room we had was comfortable and we both slept exceptionally well.

The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! Out stay was very short as our train into Barelona was three hours late, along with some other travel problems, so we really only slept in the beds and used the shower, we would of loved to have had more time as we really liked the view and the balcony, unfurtunately our stay turnede out to be for only a few hours, it was nice though we both slept

Close to Las Rambla, easy to get to public transportation, buffet breakfast was a good value for the 9 euro price.
