The overall standard is fully equal to 3*** or even a bit above. - Standard of room and reception area were excellent - appeared to be brand new (April 2008). Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. It was a pleasant surprise to stay at an art showcase hotel: what an inspiration. When we arrived they were displaying beautiful photographs from an artist, on the following week they displayed paintings from a renowned andalusian painter. We had very comfortable room, quit - that was important, because we'd been with 1 year old baby. The staff prepared special little bad for baby. And value for money is on high level! I will recommend this hotel to my friends. -

I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything. The rooms have everything and include some great bonuses including free mini bar and real atmosphere from the pop art decor. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks -

Very central, little hard to find but right off Plaza Mayor. Small room but everything I needed. Gentleman at the front desk very obliging. Very close to hop on hop off, supermercado, correos. Stop over on my way to Leon to start the camino. Unfortunately breakfast is not served until 0800 hrs but i had to leave earlier. Would stay again.
