  Very good hotel, looks perfect, very clean, very nice rooms, big space, very clean bathrooms and near a big commercial center where you have discounts if you stay at this hotel and 5min. distance walk from the Metro station. The hotel staff is very kind; they help you with every problem or question you have.   The room was clean with first class accessories. The buffet breakfast exceeded anything I imagined for quality and plentitude of selection. We loved the location of the hotel; the Born district is beautiful and we could walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for suggestions for dinner and a taxi for the airport. The transfer to and from the airport was easy and cheap as the hotel is directly opposite a RENFE station. Hotel spotless with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Inclusion of a very substantial breakfast made the booking even better value.
