If you want to enjoy Sevilla in the heart of the action then this is the perfect place for you! The apartment is very charming, clean, spacious and steps from the Alcazar Palace and Seville Cathedral! We got a warm welcome by a very nice gentleman who waited for us since we were late for our check-in time. He had to help us get to the apartment since the place is not accessible by car and we had to park away from the apartments. The closest place to park is underground beside Alfonso XIII Hotel -
Fantastic place for a large family staying in Sevilla. In the heart of
Santa Cruz area, 100m away from the Cathedral & Alcazar, small shops
and restaurants, all accessible form walking distance. The duplex is
fully equiped, very comfortable, and the full roof terrasse is just
incredible. The kids and us loved the place. The little extra: our host
was very welcoming and helping in any ways to make our stay as enjoyable
as possible. Thank you!

Very good value for money. I cannot think of many places in Sevilla where you can get a private double-bed room for 25 Euros per night. On top of that, there was free wi-fi, two free PCs for use, nice clean bathrooms, and breakfast included. The breakfast was not that exciting, but still very nice that it was included in the price. -

We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and
instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation,
giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so
that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously
helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local
attractions. The apartments and the building were modern and immaculate,
with the most comfortable beds we experienced on our one month trip!!
