  The Location of this apartment was perfect near to metro station and in one of the best street in Barcelona and next to kfc and mac and the apartment is totally safe - Good location near Plaza Real. Good on arrival orientation by Julian. Good facilities.

  The apartments are located right off the Ramblas and very close to the Liceu metro station, making exploring the Gothic Quarter and other areas of Barcelona a breeze. Staff were very responsive. Kitchen looked well- stocked and the apartment had a functional washer and drying rack. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. Stated on my booking and was met and shown around the security door and lift facilities. l was pleasantly surprised once I entered the apartment. The facilities and decor were good. Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Had a lift and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Located on a quiet side street, but close to stores, restaurants, and the great La Boqueria market. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona. The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.

The surrounding area is very quiet considering you are in Raval neighborhood. supermarket right in front of the buil - We stayed in one of the double rooms which is in a separate building a few minutes walk fron the main hostel it was great actually closer to La Rambla than the main building. it was a quiet building and had a lift. Free wifi in the rooms was good and there were a lot of activities offered. We did the gaudi walkong tour and it was excelent. The double rooms weren't super cheap so in terms of value for money perhaps you could find somewhere on La Rambla but it was very close maybe 5 min walk
