Location was superb. Central Seville was within easy walking distance. There are heaps of bars and tapas places very close by for meals. The super market is 50-100mtrs up the road and there is even a French bakery selling gorgeous bread just a few shops away. The apartment we had was a studio and was quite compact but generally well equipped. The bathroom was a good size. Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well.
Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center.
The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.

If you want to enjoy Sevilla in the heart of the action then this is the perfect place for you! The apartment is very charming, clean, spacious and steps from the Alcazar Palace and Seville Cathedral! We got a warm welcome by a very nice gentleman who waited for us since we were late for our check-in time. He had to help us get to the apartment since the place is not accessible by car and we had to park away from the apartments. The closest place to park is underground beside Alfonso XIII Hotel -
Fantastic place for a large family staying in Sevilla. In the heart of
Santa Cruz area, 100m away from the Cathedral & Alcazar, small shops
and restaurants, all accessible form walking distance. The duplex is
fully equiped, very comfortable, and the full roof terrasse is just
incredible. The kids and us loved the place. The little extra: our host
was very welcoming and helping in any ways to make our stay as enjoyable

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

Very good value for money. I cannot think of many places in Sevilla where you can get a private double-bed room for 25 Euros per night. On top of that, there was free wi-fi, two free PCs for use, nice clean bathrooms, and breakfast included. The breakfast was not that exciting, but still very nice that it was included in the price. -

The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

The apartment is so well located in the santacruz area that you have made the best choice. The apartment facilities and the room facilities are modern and the wifi is also very fast. Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.
