  I loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly. The location was good, the room was clean and the breakfast was lovely. I had to leave early on the last day, so they gave me a packed breakfast. Perfect!! - fantastic buffet breakfast!

  Staff very helpful, i am in the city alone as my husband in the local hospital and they were really great. I booked and extra night as was unsure if the hospital could find me a room. They found me somewhere at 4 in the afternoon and the hotel let me cancel the extra night with no charge. The hotel is well situated re -local transport, to access the impressive mountain/coastal areas of Tenerife. The buses are punctual and excellent value for money.   We just had a night-over in Santa Cruz and found the hotel perfect situated in relation to the bus-station and the city. Reception was very friendly and the room comfortable, quiet and clean. - Very stylish hotel with friendly helpful staff.
