  All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were beautifully clean and comfortable. Was very good value for the price we paid. I would definitely stay there again if in Madrid.

  Kept clean every day. The cleaning lady also does the dishes. Close by a metro station and a supermarket. Free Wifi - good location close to metro station and constant wifi connection. The kitchenette was also handy.

  Superb near by metro station and a supermarked just on the opposit side og the street. Nice, clean room with a new very clean toilet/bathroom. The Hostel is on 3. floor, but there was an elevator just to the Hostel. We stayde 5 day´s for visiting Prada etc. and useed the metro a lot, and buyed water etc. fruit and bread in the great supermarked un... co mówią ludzie » the uppersit of the street. If you take Metro from airport you just have to change metrotrain once, and you are by the Hostel. :-) - Absolutely everything was perfect! I really recomend this hotel/hostel to everybody. The man at the reception kindly let us wash our clothes and use the drying machine. Stuff in room was new and when we arrived there were candies and chocolate on the table as a gift for us.

  I have stayed at thisw hotel numerous times over the past 15 years. I like the fact it is an apartment with a small kitchen, a spacious living room, adequate bedroom and a bath. While it is simple and some may say sparse in decor, it is fairly priced, the staff is great, the location is convenient and away from the noisy and overly crowded downt... co mówią ludzie » own center. - We liked the fact that we felt independent - that we could do our own thing and not be restricted by meal times etc. The Plaza Basilica was booked to allow us to get to the Bernabeu and in to the city centre and in this respect it proved an admirable choice. We would undoubtedly choose it again for a similsr trip.
