  The best western arosa was a brilliant hotel, right in the heart of the city! We had an eighth floor room overlooking Gran via with our own balcony which we were upgraded to for free!   Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro.
