The location of the hotel is excellent very central for exploring the city centre on foot and witha metro station just outside the hotel for people who don't wish to walk. Breakfast buffet is superb and the breakfast room staff are friendly and efficient. this is the second time that we have stayed in the hotel. great!

It is very clean, comfortable, and staffs are friendly too. The location is in the city centre, and just 3 mins to metro station. It is an amazing hotel that we would love to visit again if we are going to Madrid again. -

large room, good breakfast - It is quite well located near train and metro stations. The staff is very nice and the rooms comfortable. I liked it but would recommend it mainly as business hotel.

The hotel is very centrally located on Calle Cava Baja, a street lined

The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!

I Enjoy Running. It is close to a lot of long distance running. The Metro is close by and it takes 5 mins to the Center of town. Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

Good location, cleanliness of room, pleasant helpful staff. I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities. - A place I find a solace, specially in the attic rooms on the 5th floor. Let's trust they keep up the same quality
