The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket.
The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped.

Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side
street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed
wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and
recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and
attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and
about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We
didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold)
but it did look tiny.

The apartment was great for a group of 6 people (2 couples and 2 friends). It was situated perfectly for shopping and eating. It was easy to find and communication with the staff was excellent as well. If you not use to city life, then this may not be for you. we thankfully arrived during business hours so were got to the booking office to get our keys. the location is perfect just off the main shoping street. close to everything.nice to have a small dip pool on roof with lots of room to tan and beautiful view of cathedral. washing machine was a plus as well as a safe in the room. all utensils and accessories including a dryer and diffuser were in room as well as extra blankets. very happy with this apartment and its ammenities.didnt need to bring an

The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had. Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. The staff are top-notch. Very few luxury hotels are able to balance friendliness with efficiency like Hotel Bagues. It's a rare gift to offer the experience they do for guests. The ambiance of the hotel is fantastic, too, and despite being on the La Rambla - with a room overlooking it - at night we could only hear the faintest of sounds. Luxuriously decorated, but cosy, the entire hotel is a really lovely experience.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location just a half block from La Rambla. Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Had a lift and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Located on a quiet side street, but close to stores, restaurants, and the great La Boqueria market. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona.
The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.
