Clean rooms. Kitchen has microwave, fridge and cooker. The courtyard was very nice with lots of greenery. There is a car park which is in the basement of the apartment and so convenient. Although city centre is 15-20 minutes walk from the apartments, there are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the apartments. -

Very nice apartments. The room is very big (some people live in less wide flats in Russia :) and it is equipped with all necessary.
I can't say, that location is bad, but be ready, that it will take you some time to get to the center of the city (15-20 minutes to Cathedral) and to bus and railway stations.

Having a washing machine was fantastic. It was close to Taller Flamenco school. Lots of eateries close by. Easy walk into main part of town. Very secure. Car park available on site. Internal atrium provides a lovely cool and windows look onto it instead of a road.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Near La Macarena where the Hoponoff Red bus stops. Makes it easy to get overview of the city. Also near the bus stop which takes you to the Corte Ingles and Cathedral.

Everything. The apartment was amazing and so was Seville. The staff were really helpful. Seville is one of the most friendly places I've been. Apartment was easy to find. The spacious modern fit out is stylish, the local neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming - not too busy, so peaceful and quiet. Very handy 10 minute walk to main shopping streets, and pleasant 30 minute ramble to river or Barrio areas. The Mushroom is a great attraction with excellent food market to enable easy self catering. Apartment Alameda 91 is located in a safe and quiet zone. Also the sightseeing tour bus stop nearby. The apartment is spaces and also equiped with a small kitchen for family tourists. Very clean and comfortable. The hoster is very nice to help us bring luggage and introduce room facilities and local sightseeing information for us.

The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.
