We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The location was amazing. Definitely have an evening drink at the roof top bar. It was a spectacular view. - location was amazing! Perfect location for a cultural 4-night stay with a 5 star view of the iconic Giralda and amazingly quiet. Daniel was there when we arrived and was incredibly knowledgeable and
eager to make our visit to Seville a memorable one. The bottle of sherry
on arrival was a welcome touch, but the best thing was the location. We
could look out the balcony and see the Alcazar and the Giralda; the two
biggest sights in the city. It was almost like we were there back in the
day. Terrific dining was right around the corner and it was a short walk

Everything was perfect. The owners follow up the booking with helpful emails and keep the right level of contact without being intrusive or overbearing. They communicate in English both promptly and efficiently to provide feedback with useful and genuinely helpful tips. The apartment is simply perfect for any sort of stay in central Seville. -

I can't imagine one thing wrong with this lovely apartment. Facilities, location and certainly value for money. Riccardo was accommodating and arranged for a bit earlier check-in and gave us suggestions for restaurants and attractions in the area. A wonderful property - hopefully next time we will stay longer.

The situation of the hotel is unique. Close to the entrance of the Alcazar, it faces a small, lovely, quiet square. The roof top terrace gives you the best view of the famous Giralda clock tower of the Cathedral. Breakfast in the morning and drinks at night are served on the roof top terrace. The Fontecruz is a very elegant and well kept and when you get you seem to leave the world behind. Enter a muffled world, the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are neat and beautiful and important thing are the most comfortable beds. Beautiful terrace and the pool but we did not use because the temperature did not allow it.

Perfect location, design of the hotel.
Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

Also, the Inn is really close to the main cathedral, and the neighbourhood is lovely and lively.

Highly impressed with the hotel and the exceptional service of each and every staff, specially Marta. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they had everything at the tip of their fingers and guided us in the best possible way in terms of tours and other things. We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. We would love to return to Casa Seville if we go back to Seville. Thanks Marta and team for looking after us and making us feel at home.
