  The location of this hotel is excellent! Very close to the beach and some great shops, cafe's and restaurants. Run by a really nice guy called Jose and his lovely mother, they were very helpful and could not fault them for their hospitality.   Rooms are built within an appartement building giving you the feeling of having your own city loft. We had room 4 with a spacious patio overlooking the university building. Beautiful combination of old tile floors with authentic design. Room was a small Eco only but perfect for our two night stay as not needing a room to spend time in other than as a base. Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work). Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held. Lovely touch of free tea and coffee available for guests and a light breakfast provided (not mentioned when booking). Fab location- two

Finally, the staff are friendly, and the most attractive feature for me is the free wireless internet access.
