  The guest house is very cosy, has nice disigned rooms, large bathrooms. The location is very comfortable because of closeness of metro station and two central beautiful streets - Diagonal and Gracia. The breakfasts were good as for guest house.   Esteve, Daniela and the other members of the residencia are very friendly and helpful! Besides this place is clean and the price is fair. Could sit outside on a bench right in front of the facility. The apartments are modern. The breakfast was very good with lots of options of breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, had orange juice and coffee.

Everything is renovated, comfortable and stylish. Location is very good especially when coming from the airport (train station is just 1 minute from the hotel) .
