  We stayed in the hostal. Location is very good, room was very clean, modern and comfortable; the air-con worked perfectly. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful; most spoke English or were patient with our poor Spanish. Maya was extremely timely in contacting us, greeting us when we arrived and answering our questions. The rooms are modern, and better suited for intimate friends due to the glass doors on the toilet/shower etc. The cafe on the corner was like being at your Aunts and Uncles - super tapas, ham, cheese, great beer and a lovely outdoor seating area up the hilll for a good early evening game of cards!
