  The room was small (perfect for a young couple) but everything seemed new and very clean. We had a small balcony off our room which was lovely and let lots of sunlight in. I was impressed by the quality for how much we paid. Great location for tourist attractions and just for wandering.   Excellent location -literally 5 minutes walk from the centre of Barcelona. Very reasonably priced for a city centre location. Staff were excellent - very friendly and accomodating. Hotel is well equipped - it's a basic hotel with modern decor and is very clean. I really recommend this place with english speaking, helpful staff, elevator for heavy luggage. - Great central location. We stayed for a cold 5 days in February but the room air conditioning served very well as a heater as you were able to programme to whatever temperature you required. Breakfast was fine but the coffee was machine coffee, however the dining area leads on to the public restaurant/c - The location was wonderful. Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably
