I think the administration should take off the check in time as "12 till 16'. We came to the hotel in midnight and we didn't have any problems with checking in while we were worrying about it.   The apartment was really well appointed, clean and in a great location with superb views. Underground secure parking was an added benefit and perfect for temps 31+ whilst we were there in early August '13. Lovely pool, 200 mtrs from apartment, but not a major hardship.
